Dabangg Bags Four IIFA Awards

Mamta Sharma IIFA Floriana won the award for best female playback singer in his song "Munni Badnam" in "Dabangg" on the 12th IIFA Awards here on Saturday night.

"I love you so much ... Lalitji I love you so much ... I love you a lot of Shah Rukh in Toronto ... I love you so much" Mamta Sharma announced the awards show, Arshad Warsi Boman Irani, co- host, Shah Rukh Khan and Ritesh Deshmukh.

Award for best male playback singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan went for the
Tere mast mast do nain "Dabangg".

Best lyrics award went IIFA niranjan for Iyengar 'Sajda' and 'Khuda-e-Noor in My Name is Khan'. The award was accepted on his behalf by Karan Johar.

Music direction, Sajid-Wajid and went Lalit Pandit "Dabangg".
Dabangg
Best Story Award went to Shibani Bathija for "My Name is Khan '. It was submitted by Brett Lee, Fardeen Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala.

Award for best screen play went to Abhinav Shukla Kahsyap and Dileep for "Dabangg" of Zeenat Aman, Prakash Mehra and Sant Singh Chatwal.

The award went to Vishal Bharadwaj for the best dialogue "Ishqiya".
Dabangg
Dharmendra was IIFA prize for his half century Indian cinema.Tagore had lined Award for Outstanding Achievement in their 40 years of Bollywood. The award was given to him by Shabana Azmi.

For the first time the award was given pair IIFA awards Hottest Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh, in which 15 million votes were cast online.
